Shopping in Seattle

Updated: Jun 18, 2018

Shopping in America is a big deal for Europeans. The prices are so good here. Every time I visit this continent, my luggage is half empty and I find the nearest Macy’s first thing after landing.

Here is the list of my favorite places for shopping:

1.) The Bellevue Collection: situated 20 min by Uber from the city center. You will find more than 250 shops here. Fewer people than in the Seattle, better prices, better customer service.

2.) Pacific Place shopping centre: a beautiful, upscale shopping mall which is connected with Nordstrom. I truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience and met a drug addict young girl in the lady’s room. I won’t go in to the details, but it was very upsetting experience. It has nothing to do with this mall, I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Are you visiting Seattle from out of town? Show your passport, out of town ID, or hotel room key at Concierge and receive a sweet treat and special Savings Pass!

3.) Macy’s between 4 and 5th avenue next to the Westlake center.

4.) Nordstrom next to Pacific Place, Westlake and Macy's - you have them all together

5.) Westlake center - you will find Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH here

6.) Broadway – for vintage

7.) University village – outdoor shopping with 40 local stores, restaurants and free parking. It has a nice vibe and you can enjoy the outdoor concerts and the other events during the summer here.

They are all open all week long and usually until 8 or 9 o'clock. Enjoy :)
